Shipping policy

All orders made on samuraimangoretail.co.uk website are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
As some of our orders are manufactured and finalised in the US the shipping might take up to 10 working days.
Please note: Potential delays may occur in some exceptional circumstances that are outside of our control, such as postal service problems, weather conditions or government transit restrictions.

UK Shipping Rates and Estimates are per Royal Mail rates accordingly.
Currently we ship to the UNITED KINGDOM only.
International Shipping
At this time we don't ship internationally. Please check our policy regularly, as we may change it from time to time.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@samuraimango.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We have a 14-day Return Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund or exchange. Please read our Returns Policy for more information.

Return Policy
We have a 14-day Return Policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused/unwashed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Clearance items.
Items with 30% or more off the original value are considered clearance items and are non refundable/returnable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, send the item back and we will replace it with the correct size/colour. Please ensure returns/exchanges are sent back within 5 days of being accepted. Please note exchanged items can only be returned for store credit.

Refunds.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less our £3.00 re-stock fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
